Return Policy Overview

We offer free returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery date.

Common reasons for returns include:

• Product arrived damaged or not as described
• Customer ordered the wrong product
• The item doesn’t fit
• The customer no longer wants the item
• After 30 days from delivery, returns will no longer be accepted.

Return Process

As we ship from multiple warehouses, the specific return address will be provided to you during the return initiation process.

• A prepaid return label will be sent to your email once the return is approved.
• Labels can also be downloaded from the “My Orders” section (login required).
• Once we have all the approval we will process the return within 2 to 5 days
