Overview

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved based on our Return Policy, we will process your refund.

Overview of Refund Conditions

Full refunds are issued for eligible returns with no restocking fee. However, refunds may be denied or partially issued if:

The return is requested after the 30-day window.

The item is damaged due to reasons not covered by our initial shipping (e.g., customer mishandling).

Original parts or accessories are missing.

The item is not in its original condition (e.g., without original packaging, tags removed, showing signs of significant use beyond initial inspection).

 The item shows obvious signs of wear and tear

For a smooth return process, please ensure items are returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Refund Timeline

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for free before they are dispatched.

  • Cancel through the “My Orders” section or by emailing us

Stock or Price Errors

We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect stock or price listings. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Shipping Notes

  • You may request a change of delivery address before dispatch.
  • We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.
  • Military addresses are supported via USPS only.
